Jay Billings, P.G. - Principal

Mr. Billings is a hydrogeologist with more than three decades of experience working in the field of water resources development and protection in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Montana.  His project experience includes working with municipal water suppliers, private water companies and engineering firms to identify, develop and protect groundwater supplies.  Specialties include numerical flow and solute transport modeling, aquifer safe yield estimation and coordination of complex field investigations of groundwater resources


Joel Frisch, P.G. - Principal

Mr. Frisch is a hydrogeologist with nearly three decades of experience working in the field of water resources development and environmental protection in New England.  His project experience includes working with public water providers, private developers and regulatory agencies.  Specialties include water supply development, groundwater mounding and solute transport modeling, hydrogeologic evaluations for groundwater discharge permitting, geologic mapping and GIS, water treatment system design and a variety of subsurface investigation techniques.
